"Good ice cream, but the place felt a little messy"
The ice cream was good, no complaints there. But yeah, the shop could’ve been a bit cleaner. The tables were kind of sticky, and the floor looked like it needed a quick sweep. The staff was nice enough, though, so it wasn’t a bad visit or anything. I just expected the place to feel a little more cleaned up.

I was excited to customize the cake because the options looked fun, but it ended up being a bit disappointing. The message on top came out kind of messy, and I wish there had been more flavor choices. It was okay overall, just not quite what I was hoping for.

"Dairy-Free Options Are Never Available"
I keep coming in hoping to get one of the dairy-free flavors, but they’re almost always out. It’s really frustrating, especially when that’s the main reason I choose this place. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or at least a better effort to keep these options stocked for customers who can’t have dairy.

"Showed up mostly fine"
It arrived cold and everything was sealed well, so that part was good. The outside box was a little dented though. Not sure if that happened during delivery or before, but it seemed okay.

"Pretty good, but kinda sweet"
I’ve tried a few of the flavors and some of them are really tasty. A couple were just way too sweet for me tho, so it kinda depends which one you get. The quality is mostly fine, I just expected it to be a little more amazing every time.

"Still frozen when it arrived"
I ordered a few pints and they showed up still frozen, which was the main thing I cared about. Shipping was one day later than the estimate, but the tracking updates were clear enough so I wasn’t really worried. The box was in good shape too. Weirdly, I remember one of the ice packs had this little dent shaped almost like a thumbprint, but nothing was damaged. I’d order again

The staff was friendly and tried to help, which I appreciated, but they didn’t seem to know much about all the flavors. I got some answers, but a few things were still kind of unclear??

"Fresh and Worth It"
I wasn’t sure if ordering something frozen was the best idea, but i feel like I made the right call. It showed up still cold, tasted fresh, and didn’t have that weird freezer taste you sometimes get. I’m glad I gave it a try.

"Not as good as I remember"
I used to really like Ben & Jerry’s, or at least I think I did, maybe it changed recently, or maybe I just started noticing ingredients more, I’m not totally sure. The last few times I’ve bought it, the ingredient list felt kind of all over the place with too many gums and syrupy things. The flavor also tastes a little fake to me now. It’s not terrible, just disappointing compared to how I remember it.

I reached out to support they replied way quicker than I expected. I can’t even remember if it was later that same day or maybe the next morning, but either way it felt really fast and they helped me out without any hassle.

"Pretty much what I expect every time"
I order from Ben & Jerry's every so often, i kind of just assume it’s going to be good at this point. The texture is always the same, the chunks are never weirdly missing, and the flavor tastes like what I had in mind when I ordered it.
I’ve never opened a pint and thought, “okay, something’s off here,” which I appreciate more than I thought I would. It’s just reliable, and I guess that’s why I keep going back

I grabbed some ice cream here and honestly , it was great . The flavors were really good , but what stood out even more was how kind everyone seemed . You can tell they actually care about people , not just serving a quick dessert .

"I stopped in thinking it’d be..."
I stopped in thinking it’d be a fun place to hang out, and the vibe was definitely there. The music, the energy, the crowd, it all felt lively. But after a while, it got loud inside and started feeling a bit packed, so it was harder to really relax or have a conversation. Still a nice place, just maybe better if you’re in the mood for a busy night out...
